Andy Moran has lived and worked in Scarborough since 1992.
Andy worked at Newby Dental Surgery but went on to establish Peasholm Dental Practice in 2009 and has worked to improve and expand it since.
Andy has worked in the maxillofacial Dept at Scarborough Hospital from 1994 to 2013 carrying out treatments such as the extraction or roots and wisdom teeth.
In 2002 Andy gained a Master of Clinical Dentistry (Prosthodontics) degree from Kings, London.
In 2016 he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Implants from UCLan and in 2020 a Postgraduate Certificate in Periodontology (gum disease) which was also from UCLan.

Practice policy on missed or late cancelled appointments and failure to return for treatment.
A fee for missed or late cancelled private appointments is at the discretion of the dentist, and is based on the cost of the surgery time lost.
If patients fail to attend, or late cancel on 2 or more occasions within a 12 month period, their registration with the practice may be withdrawn.
This is in line with the NHS Choices website which states that "if you miss NHS appointments, your dentist can decide not to offer you treatment in the future".
