We can provide National Health Service dental care or private treatment options. Private patients can either "pay as they go" or become a member of the Denplan private dental scheme. Denplan allows patients to receive private dental care by paying a fixed monthly fee therefore avoiding unexpected dental bills.

Phoebe is a local girl who grew up near Robin Hoods Bay.
She joined the practice in 2012 for her Vocational Training.
She then went on to become an Associate at the Practice, before finally becoming Principal in 2020.
She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, and has recently starting providing Invisalign Go tooth alignment.
She sees both NHS and Private/Denplan patients.
Outside of work Phoebe likes to spend time with her family, which includes 2 young children.
She likes horse riding and going for walks with her family and dog.

A fee for missed or late cancelled private appointments is at the discretion of the dentist, and is based on the cost of the surgery time lost.
If patients fail to attend, or late cancel on 2 or more occasions within a 12 month period, the practice will offer no further appointments.
This is in line with the NHS Choices website which states that "if you miss NHS appointments, your dentist can decide not to offer you treatment in the future".
Any patients that fails to attend a treatment appointment, will be managed as per the failed to return policy below.
