Manor Dental Surgery is committed to providing safe and coordinated care, treatment and support to our patients. We do this by cooperating with all other providers who may be involved in your care. If we refer you to another service provider, for example for orthodontic or other specialist work that cannot be carried out by this practice, we make sure we track your treatment.
In all cases we respect your right to confidentiality and ensure that any details we provide are relevant and pertinent to your case. All staff joining the practice are given an induction and training in practice-wide procedures. Once a year, there is an individual review of training needs for everyone in the practice. We ask anyone who cannot keep an appointment to contact the surgery with at least 24 hours notice so that the appointment can be reallocated.
Patients who repeatedly fail to attend without prior notice may be removed from the surgery list. We operate a zero tolerance policy for abuse and violence. This is for the safety of our patients and staff alike.
