It is made of acrylic resin, sometimes in combination with various metals.
Complete dentures replace all the teeth, while a partial denture fills in the spaces created by missing teeth and prevents other teeth from changing position.
Complete dentures are either "conventional" or "immediate."
A conventional denture is placed in the mouth about a month after all the teeth are removed to allow for proper healing, whereas an immediate denture is placed as soon as the teeth are removed.

From the moment I stepped through the door and was greeted by the warm and friendly receptionist, to meeting my dentist, Apolostolos Gerasimidis, who was not only thorough but also incredibly kind and amiable, my entire experience was fantastic. Dr. Gerasimidis took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and Laura, who assisted me in signing up for their dental plan, was equally delightful—always wearing a smile and ready to offer assistance. Despite my apprehensions about visiting the dentist, Clock House Dental Care truly prioritizes the comfort of their patients, making the experience as pleasant as possible. I've been a loyal patron of this establishment for numerous years, consistently receiving outstanding service. Recently, I brought my 4-year-old daughter for a check-up, and she was absolutely thrilled. Our dentist exceeded expectations, leaving her beaming with joy as she proudly displays her stickers to anyone who will look.
