Holistic approach means we treat the whole body and mind rather than just the teeth as they are all interlinked to be healthy. One of our main beliefs is not to use any Mercury fillings such as Amalgam. We try to treat the cause of any infection rather than relying on antibiotics which can result in antibiotic resistance in the long term. We are a Data Controller under the terms of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Oral hygiene is important for all of us as it maintains good dental and gum health.
Besides brushing our teeth twice a day and flossing, we also need regualar dentist appointments where we get our teeth checked, Scaled and Polished.
This helps maintain good gum and bone health and reduces or chances of getting Periodontitis.
Periodontitis is caused by certain bacteria (known as periodontal bacteria) and by the local inflammation triggered by those bacteria.
Although these periodontal bacteria are naturally present in the mouth, they are only harmful when the conditions are right for them to increase dramatically in numbers.
Crowns are normally used to strengthen teeth that are either heavily decayed or broken.
They serve as protection for the crown of the tooth against the chewing forces in the mouth.
Veneers can help correct the shade, shape or position of teeth to anterior teeth.
Porcelain veneers are thin porcelain shells that are directly bonded to the front surfaces of the teeth.
We match the veneers precisely to the shade and size of your natural, existing teeth to construct a smile that looks as natural as possible.
