For a number of weeks, we have been working hard to place additional procedures in place on top of our strict hygiene protocols, to support the safety of our patients and colleagues. Please be aware that we will not be offering all services initially. The guidelines also advise minimising the number of people in the practice to conform to social distancing measures, which means we won't be able to see as many patients in a single working day as we used to.
We have a priority list of patients who contacted us during lockdown with emergencies which we were unable to help. These patients will be contacted as soon as possible. As the diaries allow, we will then contact patients who are in mid treatment, followed by patients who had routine check-ups and appointments cancelled. We will be updating you on our new patient journey which will include completing forms and payments remotely before you attend the practice to keep contact to a minimum.
Please keep following us on social media and checking in on our website to see our updates.
