It is essential to have regular check ups as minor caries picked up early can be solved quickly and inexpensively hence stopping the decay.
Therefore more serious complications such as abcesses or toothache can be effectively prevented.
You should know that screening radiographs can help visualising decay started between your teeth or in inacessible places to the naked eye.
We treat any inflammation in your gums to maintain the condition of the supportive tissue around your teeth.
You should know that your teeth are implanted in your jaw bones which are covered by gums.
DPAS is a monthly payment scheme that allows you to budget the cost of your dental treatment and prevention routine.
You should come for a check-up at least once a year to make sure that you are looking after your teeth and gums properly and to have their condition checked.
If you have sensitive teeth or gingivitis, it would be a good idea to have a check-up every six months.
If you have been reffered by your dentist or you think you need root canal treatment you can find informations below.
Every tooth has a hollow space inside where some soft tissue called the pulp lies(or the nerve).
This hollow space and the pulp run all the way down through the roots of the tooth in the root canals.
When you have deep decay, a leaking filling or a tooth is cracked, the pulp of the tooth becomes inflamed and you may need root canal treatment.
The root canal treatment aims to evacuate all the content of the pulp chamber and the root canals, enlarge, disinfect then fill this space with a special material.
