He has since worked mostly in Boston and set up The Private Dental Centre in 2004 and over the years the team has grown to become the premier private practice in the area.
Being passionate about training, he introduced the practice to Investors in People and the British Dental Association (BDA) Good Practice Scheme - attaining gold membership in both.
He has lectured to trainee dental nurses and delivered a series of seminars on infection control for the BDA.
He has since worked mostly in Boston and set up The Private Dental Centre in 2004 and over the years the team has grown to become the premier private practice in the area.
