Our patients benefit from a carefully managed appointment system, in which our clinicians thoroughly assess how much time is needed for a given task, in order to ensure that the patient has a comfortable and calm experience.
We usually make your next appointment before you leave, so that it can be scheduled into your diary or your phone, as well as ours, at a time that is mutually convenient.
We use a text reminding service for all your appointments, which our patients using mobiles have found to be most helpful.

We have now introduced a Young Adults Membership plan, especially for some of our young adults who are aged between 18 years and 22 years.
It is aimed at those young people whom the dentist feels do not yet require the benefit of twice yearly Hygiene visits.
All other benefits of our Adult membership scheme remain the same and still include two visits to the dentist per year, one visit to the hygienist per year, 20% discount on most routine treatment, 10% discount on more advanced treatment and some advanced orthodontics, as well as our very important Worldwide Dental Assistance Scheme.

We are very fortunate to have six dedicated, caring and capable hygienists exercising their skills for our patients long term health and believe they are an essential asset to our practice.
All practice members who subscribe to our adult scheme have a scheduled visit to a hygienist every six months, as an inclusive part of their membership charges.
Some of our patients require more frequent visits as advised by their dentist, or may choose to attend more often, for example every 3 months, which are then chargeable appointments.
