The Hursley Road Dental Practice was established in 1975 having been converted from an old dairy.
It has gradually expanded and updated over the years to now offer seven modern surgeries with a clinical team of five dentists, four hygienists and eight dental nurses with the support of our receptionists, dedicated decontamination nurse and practice administrators.
We are an independent private practice owned by the principal dentists.

Your initial consultation will take about 30 minutes.
This will include a thorough examination of your teeth, mouth and gums and a discussion about your medical history.
We may also take one or more small x-rays during the appointment, the results of which will be discussed with you.
We will encourage you to ask questions regarding your dental health as we are keen to offer solutions that meet your individual needs.
At the end of the examination, we will provide you with a detailed treatment plan, including a full breakdown of costs for any treatment recommended by your dentist.
This will include a thorough examination of your teeth, mouth and gums and a discussion about your medical history.

Treatment fees for children are reduced where adult family members are active regular patients of the Practice.

Payment will be required as each stage of treatment is completed unless you are informed otherwise.

Our 'Care' Plan requires an assessment by the dentist who will determine the plan category and monthly fee based on dental health and likely ongoing dental needs.
You need to be 'dentally fit' to go onto this maintenance plan.
