If you have one or more teeth missing, then you may not need as many implants as you think.
They may either be replaced with individual implants (one for each missing tooth), or if your missing teeth are adjacent to each other, it may be more cost effective to join two or more implants together with an implant secured bridge.
Traditional bridges require the healthy teeth at either side of a gap to be filed down in order to secure the bridge in place, attaching this to healthy teeth.
With an implant secured bridge, the bridge is anchored in place with the implant, result in the neighbouring healthy teeth remaining untouched.
They may either be replaced with individual implants (one for each missing tooth), or if your missing teeth are adjacent to each other, it may be more cost effective to join two or more implants together with an implant secured bridge.

Myself and my husband became patients here after our existing dentist of 35 years retired. We researched recommendations and DHP scored highly - we can see why! Our initial check ups were extremely thorough and included x-rays. I have also required a filling and have seen Janet, the hygienist, twice. Every staff member has been friendly and professional and we have been extremely happy with explanations and treatments. So glad we found this excellent practice and highly recommend to others.

I've been visiting the Dental Health Practice since the late 1980s. In that time I've seen paint, sofas and artwork come and go in the waiting room but one thing remains constant - the warm greeting and superb care from everyone there. I've been incredibly impressed recently with their ability to remain just as approachable and friendly during these strange times and the protective measures in place. I thoroughly and unreservedly recommend them.
