We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Trinity House dental practice. We know that you have a choice on where to receive your dental care and we thank you for choosing us. We aim to provide high quality dental care in a relaxed and friendly environment. We keep up-to-date with the latest dental education so that we can offer all of our patients the latest dental techniques.

If this is your first visit to Trinity House then we hope that you will notice what makes us different the moment that you walk through the door. One of our experienced dental team will invite you through to our modern fully equipped surgery. We will carry out a thorough oral examination including an assessment of the health of your gums. We can then discuss your smile and your hopes and aspirations for it along with your oral health in general.

We take time to listen to you so that we can then know what course of treatment will best suit you as an individual. Please take some time to look through our web site to find out more about how Trinity House dental practice can help you.
Services
Based in the centre of Yeovil, our Practice is convenient for all town centre parking and close to the main shopping area.
We are located on the ground floor of Trinity House at 17, Peter Street.
There is one step up from the pavement at the entrance for which a ramp is available to ensure easier access for wheelchair users and those with mobility problems.
This is the larger of the two surgeries and is the main surgery.
There is one small step up from the passage.
The surgery is accessible to small wheelchairs but unfortunately the corridor does not allow sufficient turning space for larger wheelchairs.
The practice data controller is David Chapman and the practice complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the registration number is ZA067668.
The practice sees exempt (non fee-paying) NHS patients, and all fee-paying patients are either private or on a dental plan.
We are currently not taking on new NHS patients but we run a waiting list which is reviewed monthly.
We appreciate the investment of both time and money required to proceed with comprehensive dentistry.
After your examination, your dentist will review your treatment plan with you and will provide a description of the proposed treatment.
Before any treatment is started we will discuss several payment options for your convenience.
Please don't be embarrassed about expressing your concerns you are not alone, as many people do, especially if they have not been to their Dentist for some time.
Please give us a call and feel free to discuss your concerns.
If you haven't been for a while, You may also find that pain relief and dental techniques have improved or changed since your last visit.
At Trinity House we are happy for you to ask as many questions as you need and we'll ensure understand exactly what to expect.
If the thought of a long treatment session is worrying you, discuss it with your dentist and work on a coping strategy, such as a hand signal if you need to take a break for a few moments.
Many of us would like whiter teeth.
Tooth colour can be a very individual thing: it can darken as we get older and it is often affected by modern diets.
Food and drink such as tea, coffee, red wine and smoking can all take the sparkle away from our smiles.
Teeth Whitening can be a really effective way to lighten your teeth by a number of shades.
There are various different treatments available and the active ingredient is usually carbamide peroxide.
It lifts off stains from within the enamel and only works on natural teeth; for advice about stained or discoloured dentures, crowns and veneers, ask us at the practice.
