Cripps Dental Centre is located in the purpose built Cripps Health Centre in the heart of the main University of Nottingham campus. We offer our services to all members of staff and students of the University and accept patients from the General Public. We are happy to accept new patients under the NHS (where funding and space is available), Economical Dental Scheme or on a Private basis and we can provide a wide range of dental services as you would expect from any good practice.
We employ a full time dental hygienist to help provide preventive care and when treatment is needed we will give you the information you need to choose the right solution for you. We like to spend time talking to you and will try to provide the highest quality care at all times. We can usually see you quickly and complete any necessary treatment with a minimum of delay.
We will try to see registered patients on the day, who are in pain, as long as they phone as soon as it is possible after 8.30am. At weekends we offer an emergency service on a rota basis please ring the practice for the contact number.

We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 2 working days, this may be longer if the complaints manager is away but would be explained in any future correspondence.
Once receipt has been acknowledged the complaint will be logged, investigated fully, the records checked and any member of staff involved interviewed to get a complete picture of events leading to the complaint being made.
This would then be notified to the complainant within 10 working days giving details of findings and suggesting ways it may be resolved.
