Indeed, Principal Dentist Rachael was present in 1986 as Mr. H. Peter Griffiths' work-experience student! Our long established premises with it's traditional faade has incredibly modern dental surgeries and new instrument sterilisation facility, allowing us to provide the best clinical option and patient care.
We have disabled access at the rear of the the building. We are based in the heart of Newport on the west side of the River Usk. We are two minutes walk from Newport Railway Station, five minutes walk from Newport Bus Station with taxi services in the adjacent street. Rachael graduated from The University of Wales School of Dentistry in 2004 as a mature student.
Prior to this she had a Post Doctorate career in Drug Biochemistry for the University of Wales and was Study Director for Bio-Dynamics Research working across the globe.
After qualifying, Rachael worked as a VT for a year in Merthyr Tydfil and then as an associate in a Cardiff practice for 2 &1/2 years.

Initially, any complaint will be dealt with by Dr Rachael Gill-Randall (The Complaints Manager) and then forwarded to the dentist who carried out the treatment via a 1 to 1 interview.
After this if issues cannot be resolved and "put right" the following procedures will be adopted.
We take account of your wishes when proposing treatment and can provide you with an instant, computerised treatment plan with costs explained in full and patients will also find in our waiting room a price list on display so there are no unwanted surprises.
