When a patient cancels appointments without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.
If there are consistently missed, late cancellation or failure to attend appointments without requested notice the practice reserves the right to charge a cancellation fees.
Cancellation charge equals 1 for each minute of the planned appointment.
If you fail to attend a pre-booked NHS appointment on more than 3 occasions in a 2 year period or cancel late consistently without giving 48 hours' notice then we will be unable to see you at this practice.
