My journey in dentistry began almost 15 years ago as a dental nurse, where I achieved the National Certificate for Dental Nursing and had the first taste of how immensely rewarding this healthcare profession can really be.
I subsequently continued my professional development, eventually managing and operating 25 dental practices, undertaking various consultancy roles for dentists and corporates all over the UK.
The broad knowledge and experience I gained working in both a clinical and non-clinical capacity have really helped me understand the patient journey, and the importance of embracing it every step of the way.
