Although I moved away from Tettenhall some years ago, I still travel back to the Rock Dental Practice. Miss Patricia Blunt On Easter Monday I received first class dental care from Dr Simran Bauns and Natalie, the practice manager. They were both kind, reassuring and made me feel very calm at a time when I was expetiencing intense pain. They came to the practice to offer emergency care despite the fact that this was a Bank Holiday. I cannot thank them enough.

Went to rock house as struggling my nhs dentist to repair my slightly broken filling without them drilling out the entire tooth as they said it was major dental work. Rock house were absolutely brilliant, fitted me in and got it sorted with just a minor repair. Aron was really reassuring and very professional. I was so impressed I'm now moving to them to look after my teeth from now on.

I arrived at this practice as a highly anxious patient. I cannot praise them enough for how good they are with dental anxiety! The receptionists are friendly and empathetic and all the dentists are talented. Since then I've had an extraction and root canals, all practically painless. Always great in an emergency and actually repair the problem and don't just fob you off with antibiotics. Massive shout out to Simran, who always gets me out of pain and always provides amazing care. Friendly and professional staff make going to the dentist feel as relaxing as it can be! I went private after not being able to find an NHS dentist which is something I didn't really want to do. The costs are very reasonable and the service is exceptional. I had a check up, and a emergency filling replacement and I was able to feel comfortable enough to talk through how to improve the overall condition of my teeth.
I was given a discounted consultation and quotes for different options and at no point did I feel pressured to part with my cash. I settled on teeth whitening and replacing fillings and was given a plan of action and a detailed quote for the treatment. No hidden costs or surprises. I am so happy with the results and can't stop smiling! Thank you to every member of staff

Overall amazing experience from the first phone call with my enquiry being answered polity and professionally to the numerous reminders via text email and phone call (this was a lifesaver and much appreciated) the waiting room is clean and tidy. Then into my appointment now I'm not a fan of dentists but Dr Aron was calming from the moment I walked in explained everything that she was doing and even managed to get me to have a deep clean/ scale and polish (first and last one of these was 14 years somewhere else). I've never been happier with the look of my teeth and this is only the first visit.

New patient at this dental practice. I had a fabulous experience, I was actually dreading it to be honest, as I don't like dentists ha ha. But from the first phone call, I felt at ease very friendly, informative receptionist, then when I went to my appointment, it was AMAZING! All the staff were welcoming, very relaxed waiting room, and the dentist I seen, Dr Prakash Parekh was brilliant. Kash introduced himself to me, and put me at ease straight away, he took his time, listened to me then after an exam explained my options and gave me a treatment plan.
I had a filling today and I never felt a thing. I am Looking forward to going back to see the hygienist. I would highly recommend this practice, especially if your nervous like I was. Thank you to all the team.

Wonderful practice. The dentists, hygienist, dental nurses and reception staff are all lovely and always put you at ease. The dentists offer advanced dentistry and it's comforting to know those options are available. I had a dental worry, consulted this practice and the issue was quickly rectified. I contacted the Rock House practice first thing on a Monday morning as I had been suffering with dental pain for several weeks. I was offered a same day emergency appointment at 2pm and by 3pm my tooth had been extracted and had been given advice regarding future treatment. Anoup was very informative and the team were so welcoming. He talked me through everything and ensured I was comfortable throughout. Highly recommend Rock House Dental Practice, couldn't fault them at all!

After having multiple treatments including root canal surgery, having a crown fitted and having a tooth whitening, I would thoroughly recommend going to this practise. The dentist really puts me at ease and explains the health of my teeth and treatments really well, making me feel involved in my treatment. The staff are friendly and professional, and really seem to enjoy their work. I can definitely say everytime I go I am well looked after, and can not praise this practise enough.
