Can never go wrong with The Dental Parlour. Not only is the treatment itself fantastic, but the staff are friendly and welcoming. They really look after you here, great expertise and consideration towards you. I even recommended The Dental Parlour to a friend who recommended it to ANOTHER friend, they then travelled from Nottingham just to go here! Even on short notice they did their best to fit us in. Rachel on the front desk always greets you with a warm smile and friendly conversation, and will put you at ease if you are anxious about your treatment. Laura is the best dentist I've ever had, she is thorough, friendly, approachable and always ensures you are comfortable and happy during the treatment.
The dental nurses (Bracken and Olivia) are fab and always have a smile on their faces. The practice itself is superb, very modern and clean, so much more inviting than any other dental practice I've been to. I initially came here for Invisalign treatment (which was fantastic through the Dental Parlour) but has now also become my regular dental practice, as well as any other dental/facial aesthetic treatments I have done in the future. I started my journey with Laura and her team at the Dental Parlour just over a year ago. I had crooked teeth due to over crowding. I had some pointy shaped teeth, gaps and discoloured teeth too. I didn't think they could be fixed but after 12 months or so I now have a lovely set of straight white teeth. The process has been much quicker than I thought.
The team have been fantastic - I have felt really comfortable in the chair with no pain. I have paid over the course of the year and the team have been super flexible with my appointment times which I have needed in my busy job. I could not be happier with the end result and the service - the results have been worth every penny!

I must say, the Invisalign service provided by the dental parlor was excellent. Right from the start, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease during the entire process. The orthodontist explained the treatment plan thoroughly and answered all my questions patiently. The aligners they provided were of high quality and virtually invisible, which was fantastic for my self-confidence.

Had an excellent experience with Jay Majevadia. He explained everything to me perfectly, created a thorough plan for my personally needs and then has done some fantastic work, I used to feel anxious going to the dentist, but I feel much more confident and calm when seeing Jay and the other staff. Today was tough but today I took the leap and visited the dentist in a number of years. I had an appointment with Ellie the hygienist who calmed my nerves and took away my fear of the dental chair. I really can't thank you enough for everything today from your advice, cleaning tips and talking me through the whole treatment as we went. Roll on 8 weeks when I am back in the chair!

I visited this practice for the first time last week. I had a great experience, the staff were very helpful and place was super clean. Dr Majevadia was the dentist I saw, he was brilliant. Explained throughout the examination about what he was doing and took extra care looking through my teeth. He showed the pictures on the tv and explained what he saw from the X-rays and talked me through next steps. I'd highly recommend Dental Parlour and definitely Dr Jay Majevadia.

Everyone at the Dental Parlour has been fantastic, with professionalism of the highest of standard I saw Dr Majevadia for my first check up in a fair few years and made me feel at ease with his natural ability to make me feel comfortable & yet thorough in his detail. This was my first visit as a new patient. I booked in here due to the location and reading so many good reviews. I have had dental anxiety from a young age and really needed to find a good local dentist. Laura called me after I left an email enquiry. She was really reassuring, this put me at ease and helped me to take the first step to book in. The practise has a nice modern feel to it and the reception staff talked to me to help calm my nerves.
The principal dentist Laura was excellent and really made me feel relaxed. She didn't rush and really took her time to explain my treatment plan going forward.
