Bhandal Dental Practice (Coventry)

My 5 star rating is only for my regular dentist Mohammed, who has been treating me for several years. He is always kind, caring and has helped me improve my teeth massively and I'm very grateful to him. Mohammed has also helped me to lose my fear of the dentist. However on this occasion I had to see someone else in the out of hours service and was not impressed.

My tooth has been very painful, and an x ray showed an infection. During the check, the painful tooth was tapped very hard and the equipment used to do the x ray pushed down on it which caused me to be in even more pain and this dentist did not seem to care. In all I was charged almost 100 for the out of hours service. I can accept the 43 charge for the consultation but the extra 45 on top for 2 boxes of antibiotics is ridiculous! As I stated at the top I've always been happy with my dentist experiences here with Mohammed, but today I was left feeling very disappointed.

I went to this dentist nervous, had nearly cancelled lots of times. I was literally shaking so bad. All was explained to me fully and although I was petrified the process was done quickly and efficiently. I almost ran out of surgery, but can't fault dentist and staff in any way. They were professional, patient and got results. Am sure I was a most awful patient. Thank you. Sincerely

I had some crowns fitted by Mr Dhanjal, he was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He did all the work in a fortnight, I had to just go in twice, unlike my previous practice. Very efficiently done. The practice is clean, the staff are very friendly. The only issue is with the phone lines. However it's worth pursuing.

Pav is my dentist and has been since 2020. The service he provides is fantastic. I suffer with very bad anxiety and mental health, he always makes me feel less anxious and comfortable. I recommend any one that has bad anxiety to book in with pav you won't be disappointed. Brilliant dentist!

I'm always thankful I'm registered here. The appointment setting is quick and the doctor's advice is straightforward. I've been here on routine checks as well as an emergency and went home happy both times. 5/5

I was Referred by my dentist for a Wisdom Tooth extraction. I was given a next day appointment ( I was called within 10 mins of the referral) I arrived 15 mins early and was in the chair, tooth out before my appointment was even due. Dr Bandal has the perfect Dr asmr voice, made me feel at ease i didn't feel any of the injections and the tooth was out in seconds. I'm now considering changing my dentist of 7 years due to this interaction.

Being completely phobic about going to dentist and embarrassed and having not been since before Covid I got myself booked in for a replacement crown. I didn't wait too long for an appointment and was allocated Pav as my dentist. Pav made me feel at ease and kept me calm during treatment. I then went on to have more needed treatment, including a root canal and an abcess over the following 5 weeks and every time Pav explained the treatment beforehand, was very patient and kept me very calm and relaxed.

Each appointment I had, I started to relax more and kept my calm. Unlike other Dentists I have been to he did not chastise me on condition of my teeth. I am now pain free and waiting on my next 3 monthly appointment. Thank you so much Pav. Thank you Pav

Lovely staff and Dr Bhandal really takes the time to make sure youre comfortable. Highly recommend and moved all my family to this practice now. The only downside is the phonelines are very busy and it can take a long time to get through. But having professional staff and treatment outweighs that issue.

I was referred to this dentist practice as I needed a difficult extraction. I'd been here prior and was really hoping that I'd have the same dentist as before. I was taken to the 1st room on the right on the lower floor. I was delighted to see it was indeed the same dentist. He was so very kind, gentle and put me at ease letting me know what he was going to do, and ensured I was alright to carry on.

I was in no pain or discomfort. Was done very quickly, and gently. I can honestly say after this, if I needed any more extractions I'd not be worried one bit. I did ask if he was allowed to bey dentist. But he did only referrals. However I'm not as nervous to go back to my dentist if this is how I'm treated. I can't thank the gentleman enough, and his very kind assistant ( sorry I don't know the proper title).

I left with instructions and was told to come back if I had any problems. Nearly a month later, I'm all healed and am able to eat and chew with no pain whatsoever. If you were hesitant like me. If he's your dentist, you're in very kind and competent hands. Thankyou so much.

Have been using this practice for over 40 years, and would never go anywhere else! Visited yesterday for a check up, was called on time, and was informed all through the procedure what was happening and why. Saw Harsharn and his nurse, both of whom were friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great service yet again!

I had a lifetime fear of dentists. Until I joined this practice 15 years ago. Since then I have had numerous procedures. All have gone smoothly and painlessly. My dentist is a great communicator and puts me at ease everytime i go. I can know say I have no longer any issues with going to the dentist. And it's because of doctor Bandalls practice.

Excellent hygienist today. Spent time explaining all my xray results and did a very thorough scale and polish as not been able to get to a dentist for nearly 3 years. Keep up all the good work BHANDALS on Foleshill Road.

I have to compliment this practice as 5 star, yes 5 Star, I was referred by my dental surgery in Nuneaton for a tooth extraction. I was given an appointment within two days a call and text message to confirm. On arrival I was quickly booked in, a minute later escorted into surgery where I was welcomed by dentist who explained referral and x ray in detail and how he would carryout the procedure from start to finish.

I was made to feel special and my visit would be done with care and attention. I can honestly say I have never had such a professional experience in a medical facility. Please accept my sincere appreciation you are a credit to the dental profession.

Received great service this week. Called on Tuesday to book an appointment for a toothache. Appointment made for the next day and fixed there and then with an X-ray and filling plus a clean up. Thank you Ria and the whole Bhandal team. First class.

I've used this dental surgery for many off years, I always see dr Mathias, what an amazing human! he goes above an beyond for his patients he is very understanding, he's also a very kind an caring person which makes you feel so at ease. his work is outstanding! His literally a perfectionist at what he does. He also has fantastic staff that work along side him.

If your ever feeling a little low dr Mathis will always put a smile on your face, he works endlessly to give his clients the best treatment, I highly recommend dr Mathias for any kind off dental work. Thank you for always being understanding of me an what I want. You truly are the best an I really appreciate you!

Very up to date with latest techniques, I haven't experienced before, modern professional. Excellent on every level. Head and shoulders (and teeth) above any other dentists I have had experience with. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to go to the dentist. Always feel like you're in good hands.
