Really good dentist recommend Had 3 teeth out there pretty painless. Seen Martin for my new dentures and he is brilliant explains everything and they fit really well, so much better than other dentist I have seen.

If anybody has a fear/phobia about dentists, this is the practice for you.

Everyone is so friendly and my dentist, Rosie, very understanding and calming. She explained the treatment process clearly, giving me options along the way and is so patient. I can absolutely recommend.

My first time visiting this dentist was very good staff are thoughtful and friendly. I had my first appointment for a filling 31st October and I was cared for with respect and understanding. I am happy that I changed to this dentist.

I attended the child friendly day yesterday at Longfellow Rd dental practice & was very impressed with the set up. They had a unicorn mascot in the reception area greeting the children with goodie bags, all the staff were super friendly & I thought it was a really good idea to make children's experience at the dentist a positive one. Our dentist Ahmed was super professional & my two year old was a bit frightened at first but he made her feel at ease & was able to do a successful check up & turn her first visit into a happy/positive experience!

I never in a million years thought I would be able to have work done without being sedated. I called and asked if they offered this and just as I was about to hang up they said to give it a try and made an appointment with Andrew & his team (within a week which was amazing). I attended and needed cleaning, a few fillings and the worst bit.injections.

They made another booking (again 3 working days later) for the work to be done. Andrew provided numbing cream and I can honestly say the injections did not hurt in the slightest. His team are absolutely brilliant and I am glad I've seen him. I am now not as fussed about going back in 3 months. The surgery itself answers the phone every single time, they are thoughtful and comforting. Could not rate it any higher! 5/5!

The Dentist who gave me a deep clean pierced my lips with the syringe which I did not like. I made it clear I did not want to be injected. She said it was a mistake though. Next time she should be more careful. It's not ok to mistakenly inject someone's lip. What annoyed me was the fact she said it is not bad. I felt the pain for couple of hours after.

Easy to book an appointment and they are open until later at night some weekdays. The check ups are always thorough but quick. Only downfall, they always "tell me off" for not making an appointment every 6 months instead of once a year.

I took my daughter for her check up today and it was so nice to that they had put on activities to encourage children to come to the dentist and not feel worried. There were loads of Halloween activities. Goodie bags for the kids and of course a life sized unicorn entertaining the children. Well done and it would be great to see more dental.practuses doing this. Thanks as well to our dentist Ahmed for a great check up

At most times of the day parking around the surgery area is good. The reception area is well presented and the receptionists are pleasant and polite. The dentist that examined me is very professional as well as being very personable. She explained the issues with my teeth to me and then clearly explained the options of treatment available and the costs involved.

She made no pressure on me either way and answered all my questions. Empowering me with the decision on how my treatment should progress. And finally, the quality of the work she carried out on my teeth is top class. Thank you.

Got a very prompt appointment. Very short wait when I arrived. Dental staff were very warm and friendly. Check up was very straight forward and informative. Reception staff were not so friendly, seemed irritated by anyone approaching the desk.

I have been a patient of Dr Mathew's for a few years. Nothing is too much trouble. Very friendly staff here, and the waiting room is always clean and tidy, as is the consulting room. Definitely worth a visit. We'll done to you all.

I had a dental implant placed here at Longfellow by Dr Chetan Mathias. He and his dental team is top notch. I did not feel any discomfort whatsoever and my implant placement healed very fast. I was given painkillers, but I only took them once. I was properly explained what to eat and drink and what to avoid. Top notch experience that I would easily recommend to anyone seeking a dental implant treatment.

They were really friendly and talked me through everything they were doing and the cost of unwanted something else. There was no pressure to pay for private treatment, they just explained everything and gave their opinion. Overall, one of the best dentists I have been to.

Consultant Ahmed is very kind, helpful and professional. The repair to my filing was completed efficiently and l was seen on time. I was kindly given a vitamin tablet before my treatment since l hadn't eaten breakfast. This helped with the hunger during recovery. I am grateful for Consultant Ahmed for taking care of me as well as my welfare. Highly recommend Mr Ahmed as well as the Dental Practice!

I found an incredibly efficient and brilliant dental clinic. The dentist who attended to my needs was very proficient, personable and knew how to make me feel at ease. I'd been reluctant in seeking dental services due to a lot of fears. The dentist had been extremely good. He handled my anxiety well effortlessly. I was provided suitable options and transparency in pricing.

My second visit to this practice has improved my rating. This is a modern practice with lots of staff and parking. Excellent patient co-ordination Sharon and very good/knowledgeable dentist. Very happy with the quality of dental work for my clear aligners- just a shame the front of house appears fully manned but on occasions not quite as professional /friendly as other areas of the practice. Was not able to use the toilet on my last visit as staff were getting changed- not ideal.

Had a great check up visit to the dentist. Rosie is very welcoming, reassuring and gives a thorough check up and advice on dental care and hygiene. The surgery has a nice backlit sky and cloud scene on the ceiling which aids relaxation. Visiting here is always a nice experience.

Went to this place for the first time on the 25/07/23. I hadn't been to see a dentist in 10 years due to my last dentist wrongfully giving me a filling when one wasn't needed and had been terrified to go back to one since. I thought it'd be best to go for a checkup since I hadn't been in so long. I called my last practice and found out I'd been take off of their system therefore asked around and got recommended this one.

I signed up online and filled out a form and within the hour got put on the register and got to call and book my appointment with no issues, in fact the lady on the phone was very helpful since I was so nervous. During my visit I didn't have to wait very long to be seen to and the dentist and assistant were very reassuring and comforting after I told them about my previous experience.

I was in there for about 10 minutes and they walked me through each step they were taking which put me at ease. In the end they said my teeth were in perfect health and Just recommended that I floss my teeth before bed. I've never had such a good experience at a dentist before and would happily recommend to anyone in need of one.

Our dentist always provides a friendly, professional and efficient service whenever we visit the practice. He is particularly skilled with putting young children at ease by explaining how and why procedures are done whilst encouraging them to look after their oral health in a relatable way. Overall a very clean and friendly surgery with welcoming reception staff too. Highly recommended!
