The Neem Tree Dental - Wandsworth

I used to be proud of my teeth but due to previous medical issues and other factors I suffer significant problems, which cause me significant anxiety and affect my pride. I went to see Alice at The Neem Tree who worked her magic, and was extremely sensitive and compassionate towards me throughout my treatment. I had seen her interaction with other patients and her kind friendly approach genuinely put me at ease. She is a huge credit to the practice and made an enormous difference to me!

I cannot recommend Alice at The Neem Tree highly enough as a dental hygienist. She is professional, friendly and made me feel at ease during my appointment. I was very impressed with the thorough treatment plan she created for me and appreciated the clear advice she gave me on how to clean my teeth effectively while trying to save my receding gums! The Neem Tree is a lovely dental practice with committed, experienced and friendly staff. Thank you for looking after me!

This was easily my best ever dental experience! The staff here are AMAZING. Because of a medical condition I need to be extremely careful and can't afford to contract Covid. I was looking for a dentist with an air filtration system that would wear FFP3 masks, and rang around numerous London dentists before finding the Neem Tree. The wonderful receptionists Carolina and Mel went out of their way to accommodate my needs and all of the staff did their upmost to make me feel relaxed and safe.

And hygienist Alice was amazing and soon dispelled my nerves and had me laughing through the session. Not only that but this was the best level of dental care I've ever received by a very long way. Alice gave me a huge amount of invaluable dental information and advice, and even corrected some of the misinformation I'd been given at other practices.

Now with the holistic approach Alice has given me I finally feel confident and positive about my dental care. I'm no longer scared to go to the dentist - I think I actually might be looking forward to my next session?! Really can't recommend the Neem Tree Esher enough!

This is such a helpful and friendly practice. I am always impressed by the level of service and care I receive there. Most recently my experience with the Hygienist, Alice Garside. My teeth are in the best condition they have been in years, and she is brilliant at explaining routine practices in the most relatable, memorable way. I have always struggled with dentists over the years. My Daughter started a course of treatment at Neemtree and she said they were really good and that's where i needed to go as they would look after me properly. The NeemTree team have helped me overcome my fears, and made me feel in control and safe, by working at my pace. Even thought I have only been a few times I would like to thank Dr Nuno and his nurse and reception for putting me at ease. I am very happy to provide this positive feedback and would recommend the practice to anybody including any nervous patient's.

After recently relocating to Esher, I developed a dental problem. I joined the Neem Tree practice which was recommended by my daughter. And, I was not disappointed. I was extremely anxious as I had been to my previous dentist for 20 years before relocating. However, Dr Joana who I saw initially, put me at ease and gave me sound advice and treatment.

I had to have root canal treatment. Doctor Nuno was compassionate and understanding besides being an experienced and competent dentist who specializes in root canal treatment. He was very thorough. Then, there is Mel on the desk who is always welcoming which one needs when visiting the dentist! Thank you for the outstanding treatment.

I just HAD to write a review of my experience at The Neem Tree Dental Practice. I've just left there today having had a crown which I have to admit I was so nervous about I've been worrying about it for two weeks! I'm probably the most terrified person to ever visit a dentist but my mind was completely put at ease when I first set foot in the door, by the lovely Mel on reception.

It was an emergency appointment and I had been seen within hours of calling. What a team! That day I was seen by the wonderful Dr Joana whose kind and gentle nature was matched by her touch as she did a temporary filling to make my tooth temporarily safe. Then today I saw her husband, Dr Nuno, who I can only describe as a magician. I was in there for over 3 hours and not once did I feel the slightest twinge of pain, despite the hole being right by the nerve.

Not only was he superb in ability but we had such a laugh, along with his very able and smiley assistant Carolina. We even watched the football at my request (well I don't think Nuno saw much of it) but incredibly, I can only describe the afternoon as an extremely unexpected, almost enjoyable experience! I haven't seen Alice, their hygienist, yet but I used to see her elsewhere and it was her who I followed to Esher.

She too is out of this world brilliant! I can't thank the team enough for their wonderful work, alongside such a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Maybe finally after 60 years my fear of the dentist will disappear!

I can't recommend this practice enough, they have such a welcoming and friendly environment. It's really put me at ease knowing that I'm going to train professionals. That genuinely care about me and my oral hygiene and health. And all they want is the best for me. Honestly I'm so happy that I found them, and I would not go anywhere else now. And I wanna say a special thank you to all the team for looking after me in such a amazing way.

ALICE HYGIENIST: Alice has helped guide me to a new dental hygiene routine which has had such a great impact for me. Both small changes and some key larger ones that I have introduced into my routine which I now wouldn't live without. Alice explains so much of what she is doing, and why. to really help me understand the importance of maintaining these extra steps. I would highly recommend Alice - she is an exceptional hygienist.

I've been receiving treatment here for the past few years. Initially I urgently needed a hygienist and as several local friends recommended Alice I booked in with her. She's simply amazing, beyond thorough (and quite obsessed by teeth and her craft!) and I left with my teeth feeling and looking better than they had in years. Through her I've then booked in for prolonged treatment including fillings and tricky upper molar extractions by the fabulous Dr Nuno.

Then Invisalign with Aliki who has been brilliant on this journey. I'm only a few months in but it's going well (so far!) and what is at times a frustrating process has been made as stress free as possible.

Amazingly friendly and community spirited practice, where the team instantly puts you at ease. Everyone genuinely cares about excellent service and treatment, and Alice is without doubt the most thorough and best dental hygienist I have ever had. The fact she gives up the little spare time she has to raise money for charity, cleaning children's teeth at the practice on a Sunday, says it all.

Very efficient, professional and caring establishment. Also very COVID compliant. I had root canal and crown on one tooth and implant on adjacent gap. Everyone who works at the practice is incredibly friendly but more over extremely professional. From Mel at reception, to Carolina, Dr Joana and Dr Nuno. They take the time to explain the plan they recommend, full transparency with the costs and stick to what they promise. Nobody likes going to a dental surgery but if and when you have to go to one, I would highly recommend The Neem Tree. Bravo to all the team.

As I am an extremely nervous patient I had to look for a dentist I would be comfortable with. Fortunately I found The Neem Tree and I have not been disappointed! I cannot fault them, the dentistry (which was extensive) the care and patience was first class. I would like to thank Mel, Katrina and Nuno who looked after me brilliantly from start to finish.

All-round an exceptional experience. I first visited the practice to have a consultation with Dr Nuno Ferreira and I can honestly say that I have never had such an in-depth, professional and friendly experience with a dentist before. This same standard has been maintained in all subsequent appointments, with Dr Nuno Ferreira ensuring that all work is done correctly, even if it means sacrificing some of his spare time. My hygienist appointment with Dr Smita Mehra was equally as friendly and thorough and Mel always provides a warm welcome to the practice.

My wife and l have been clients since the practice opened several years ago and we have both had multiple treatments. It's important that clients feel confident in their dentist and like them as a person. They don't get more pleasant than Nuno and his treatment team and Mel his manager. Thoroughly recommend Neem Tree. They will sort problems in a gentle and kind way.

Dr Nuno is a very experienced and successful dentist. His quality in root canal treatments, fillings and crowns is superb and spotless. His patience with children even on very difficult treatments saved two of my daughter's teeth and he has my highest respect for this.

I have visited Alice on many occasions and she is the best! You're always met with a smile and friendly welcome. Her attention to detail is always impeccable and flawless. and I have very high expectations. I have no hesitation to recommend her and continue to using her again and again.

I arrived at the Neem Tree very nervous having neglected my teeth for too long and in need of lots of help. I am very nervous of going to the dentist having had some terrible experiences around the world and i can't reccomend this team highly enough. The atmosphere from the moment you arrive is a caring one with everybody pulling in the same direction to make you feel welcome and safe.

They have squeezed me in last minute and got straight to work on some urgently needed treatment, all of which has been pain free with various dentists within the practice. I am in a much better place with my teeth now thanks to The Neem Tree. Thank you!

After swapping dentists The Neem Tree reviewed the state of my teeth and advised on a plan to bother better protect them and to enhance their appearance. This was completed over several months and I am delighted with the outcome.

The customer service I've received from Nuno and Mel over the last 10 years has been consistently exemplary. The service always starts with the warm, cheerful, reassuring welcome from Mel, and finishes with the incredible, attentive and attention to detail from Nuno. It's not often you can say it's a 'pleasure' (and I look forward to!) going to the dentist - but I can say that about The Neem Tree.

Wonderful service throughout the dental practice, from the effervescent Mel on reception, the diligent oral hygienists and the icing on the cake, Dr Nuno. Aliki, my orthodontist recommended several options and the finished result of my teeth is very impressive.
