W4 Chiswick Dentist, Dr. Andrew Michelmore at Chiswick Smiles Dental Practice, heads a multidisciplinary team of dentists and specialists who have been practising on Chiswick High Road for over sixteen years. We are a family practice that includes a Specialist Periodontist, Dr Thomas Gahan; Specialist Orthodontists Dr Chris Greeff and Mark Jackson and Prosthodontist Dr Nicol Mentz.
All services are provided under one roof and we have FREE ON-SITE PARKING available. We aim to provide family orientated, high quality dental services ranging from routine and cosmetic white fillings through to complex implant and orthodontic rehabilitations. If you have a dental emergency and are in need of treatment outside of surgery hours, we do provide a NO EXTRA CHARGE call out service.

Thomas has been a university and implant course lecturer and has successfully placed over 5,000 implants to date.
