Registering new patients All three branches of Chong Kwan Dental Care are happy to announce that they are registering new patients on the NHS. If you have difficulty with access, we have our. We will try to achieve this goal by encouraging our patients to become more aware of good dentistry and the best ways of keeping their mouths healthy. We understand that sometimes its difficult to get time off work for a dental appointment so we offer evening and Saturday appointments to try and make it more convenient for you.
Services
If you are having a dental emergency, call the Practice before 12pm and we will see you that day.
If you call after 12pm we aim to see you the next working day.
If you phone our Practice out of hours, an answering machine message will inform you of what you should do.
Both our High Street and Rosyth Practices have stairs, however our Maygate Practice has disabled access.
It also contains a disabled toilet however it is not fully up to standards as it is slightly undersized.
Disabled parking is available directly opposite our Maygate Practice and there are also many town centre car parks nearby which offer disabled access.

If you would prefer to go NHS, we would book you an appointment depending on whether or not we are taking on new NHS patients at that time.
If you choose to go privately, we can book you an appointment straight away.
If you phone us before 12pm we will give you an appointment on the same day, ideally with your own dentist but if that is not possible we will book you in with another available dentist.
You will also have to inform whether you want to go Private or NHS.

Patients can either opt to "pay as you go" or can join the 'Fife Dental Care' subscription plan.
When dentally fit a free assessment is carried out in which your oral health is placed in a "band" to allow the dentist to determine your monthly payment.
This is based on the condition of your teeth and gums.
The contract will then entitle you to normal routine treatment as well as the important benefits of preventive care.
