Services
In the wild horses eat coarse shrubs and grass with a high silica content in it, in order to grind these substances horses need to have a large amount of lateral excursion (the side to side movement) in order to create a large enough force to breakdown the food material.
This means that a larger amount of the tooths surface is in wear during mastication (chewing) preventing too many sharp points from forming on the buccal (cheek side) of the upper teeth and lingual (tongue side) of the lower teeth.
I offer free dental check ups to all clients.
Reduced rates apply for large bookings.
This is the routine treatment that your horse has every 6 months to one year depending on its age.
A full Dental Chart at the end of each treatment is given.
Price may be more if your horse has not had dentistry for more than 2 years.
This is performed if the horse has an incisor malocclusion either due to uneven wear of the teeth or differing eruption rates of the incisors.
Price varies on severity.
The horse must be sedated for this procedure and a full dental chart is given at the end of each treatment.

She is very thorough and takes time and care on each individual horse.
Charlotte attends both my horses and my husbands regularly, she quickly identified what needed doing after an initial inspection of their teeth.
My older mare had a lot of work that needed doing, she now feels amazing, she now goes into the contact evenly, a couple of weeks after her first treatment from Charlotte she went out and won her Advance Medium Class at Hunters Equestrian, I was chuffed.
