Green Arbor Dental Practice
Green Arbor Dental is a friendly, private practice, established in 1946. Monika (Practice Principal Dentist), and her team are committed to offering patients the highest possible level of dental care in a friendly, relaxed and calming environment. The team is dedicated to helping you achieve your optimum in oral health, placing a high emphasis on the benefits of preventative dentistry and oral health education.

Through building close relationships with our patients we provide the best possible care and treatment from regular examinations through to cosmetic or specialist treatment. The health and safety of our patients is our utmost priority and over the past few years considerable financial investment has been made in the practice to ensure that the practice meets Care Quality Commission (CQC) Fundamental Standards, General Dental Council (GDC) Standards for the Dental Team and other guidance, aiming towards best practice.

Through maintaining strict cross-infection controls using a wide variety of single-use disposable materials we are confident that our patients and clinical team are suitably protected.
Services
Rosemary Cooper has been part of the reception team for more than 30 years and oversees the day to day running of the Green Arbor appointment book and reception duties.
Leanne Mace works alongside Rosemary as Green Arbor's managerial receptionist dealing with most aspects of running a modern, private practice.
Monika is a Swedish dentist with Polish roots.
She qualified at Karolinska University in Stockholm, and after a few years working for the Swedish NHS, she took the opportunity to expand her horizons, coming to England in 1996 with a group of friends to practise British dentistry.
You will need to be able to tell us what medication you are taking and spell the names out to ensure reception staff have it correctly - please don't get cross with them.
Be ready with as many details as possible to help us PREPARE for your visit.
The more information we have upfront will lessen the time you will need to be on the premises.
2 Clinics will be primarily dedicated to priority patients in pain as well as very vulnerable.
More emphasis on prevention.
We are stressing the importance of continuous oral health.
Green Arbor was built in the 1930's and by its very nature is an old building.
Despite not being a purpose built practice, over the years we have improved our disabled access and provide portable ramps for those patients that require them.
Although there are shallow steps and a handrail at the front of the building we do have ramp access at the rear of the building.
Unfortunately our toilet facilities are only accessible via three steps, and so not available for wheelchair use.
This practice has established policies for all aspects of health and safety and data protection, which are available upon request and are updated and reviewed annually.
All our team members undergo yearly medical emergency training, infection control, Health & Safety review, customer service training and other relevant training/education to ensure that we are as knowledgeable in our field as possible.
Please contact us if you would like copies of our cross infection control policy, data protection code of practice and complaints procedure.
Green Arbor Dental Practice is part of a group of practices in the local area providing out of hours dental emergency cover.
In case of emergencies outside of our opening hours please phone the practice as usual on 01903 742693 where you will be given a contact number for an emergency dentist on duty.
The emergency call-out fee is 130 for the first half hour which is payable on arrival at the appointment.
This 130 includes the call-out fee, advice, small treatment and prescription/antibiotics if necessary.
