Neill qualified from Bristol University in 1996 and spent the first two years of his career in an NHS practice in Suffolk.
Seeking further experience, he undertook two years in hospital training posts before moving back into general practice in Manchester where he stayed for 7 years in a busy family practice.
Neill made the transition into private practice in West Yorkshire in 2007 as he wanted to provide a wide range of dental and cosmetic treatment at the highest level.
He combined this role with a part time position from 2008 until 2011 as a Paediatric dentist and Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the Charles Clifford Dental School in Sheffield.
