Established for over 60 years and based in the heart of Kings Langley Village, Hertfordshire. We are a dedicated team of friendly professionals here to provide our patients with the finest of dental care. I have been a patient at the Red House Dental practice for over 40 years. During this time I have always been made to feel welcome and at ease for whatever treatment will be undertaken on the day.
The receptionist has been in situ for many years, as has the dental nurse. They're friendly and always have time for a catch-up. Dr Seema has a gentle and reassuring manner which is so important on such visits. At all times, the Dental Team operate in a most professional and reassuring manner which is paramount for their 'apprehensive' patients. I have no hesitation in recommending The Red House as a great all round family dental practice.
I think we were all a little nervous trying to get to grips with the new ways of working. Everyone was kind, concerned and making a big effort to make it all as comfortable as possible and to put me at my ease.

Toothache is dreadful.
It more often than not stems from inflammation and infection in the soft tissue (dental pulp) at the centre of the tooth.
This can occur after tooth decay, leaky fillings, gum disease and damage to teeth as a result of trauma, such as a fall.
Leaving a tooth untreated can be painful and lead to an abscess (collection of pus).
Root canal treatment is a dental procedure used to treat and clear infection at the centre of a tooth.
It is a procedure that can save a tooth that might otherwise have to be removed completely.

Cosmetic dentistry refers to any dental work that improves the appearance of teeth, gums and/ or bite.
It focuses on improvement in dental aesthetics; in colour, position, shape, size, alignment and overall smile appearance.
Our patients regularly report improved confidence as a result of their treatments, helping them out socially and in their working lives.
As with all treatments, we will first discuss your treatment options in a detailed consultation which allows us to check your suitability and oral health.

A healthy smile is a beautiful smile.
However, you may wish to go a step further.
If you are unable to smile with confidence because of crooked teeth, or perhaps had braces as a child and find the teeth have since moved, teeth straightening may be the answer.
Dr Jessica Taylor will carry out a thorough examination to determine if you are suitable for treatment with fixed, or removable braces.
You will have photographs and moulds taken of your teeth and these are used to communicate with specialist orthodontists at QST. Treatment time can take from as little as 4 weeks up to 10 months.
