I have been in the dental profession for the last 38 years, practising as a GDS in the role of Practice Owner/Principal Employer of Dental Professional.
Throughout my practising career as a dentist, I have learnt the art of mentoring and training of newly qualified dentists, be they recently qualified or vocational trainee (DF1).
I also help in the training of dental nurses and receptionists in their career development and appraisal.
