I didn't catch his name and whilst I thanked him on he day I wanted to be sure the practice manager was aware of just how fantastic he was.
Maeve has been coming with me to the practice for the last 5 and a half years so she would become familiar and not be afraid.
This didn't work at all as at every check up we always left without anyone being able to get her to sit in the chair never mind open her mouth.
