The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) is the only university in the North West and one of only a few nationally to boast its own on-campus dental clinic. The UCLan Dental Clinic provides clinical facilities which support the educational activity of the School of Dentistry. Prosthodontics is the specialty of dentistry concerned with the replacement and repair of teeth using artificial materials.
