Losing a tooth can be a traumatic experience, regain your confident smile with dental implants.
Dental implants are small root-sized metal screws, which can be permanently fixed in the jaw to replace missing teeth.
Any number of teeth can be replaced - from a single front tooth or back tooth, up to a complete replacement of all the teeth in the upper and lower jaws.
Once placed, implant-retained teeth are strong and firm and will look, feel and function as well as natural teeth.
Once they have successfully fused into the bone, dental implants will normally be permanent.

Dr June Chander qualified in 2002 from the Royal London Hospital obtaining BDS with distinction.
After completing various senior house officer positions in dental hospitals around London, June started her specialist training in orthodontics in the Eastman Dental Hospital and obtained an MSc with distinction and MOrth in 2010.
We are incredibly happy that June has joined Solent House Dental Centre, taking over our orthodontic treatments.
This state-of-the-art orthodontic treatment straightens teeth without the need for traditional fixed braces, it's removable and virtually invisible!

Following this she spent 17 years in the Royal Army Dental Corps.
She subsequently gained the degree of Masters of Science in Periodontology, Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Diploma of Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.
Susan then gained membership in General Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2002.
