Take a full medical and social history from you and discuss this and the links that it may have with your dental health.
We will also discuss with you any cosmetic concerns that you might have.
Carry out an Oral Cancer Screening for you and discuss any risk factors which may be relevant.
We may need to take radiographs to assess areas we can't see in between the teeth, under fillings or existing restorations and the bone supporting your teeth.
Once we have carried out our assessment we will take plenty of time to discuss with you what we have found and then give you a personal treatment plan to consider.
We will also discuss with you any cosmetic concerns that you might have.

If plaque is not removed then this can lead to tooth decay, gum disease and bad breath.
1. Brush twice daily for two minutes with a fluoride tooth paste - spit excess paste/do not rinse, this leaves a coating of fluoride on the teeth for cavity protection.
