We have a staff ideas board and it's constantly full of multi coloured post-its, the wildest, most off-the-wall suggestions, but they often actually work very well!

She is one of two children and her long-suffering brother Andrew is 6 years her senior.
She grew up playing in the Abbey grounds, attended Kingshill School and Pates Grammar School.
