Services
Disabled access - Our treatment areas are accessible to patients with disabilities, however we do not have a disabled toilet.
If you have any disability that you think we need to know about please give us a call before your appointment and we will do our best to put suitable arrangements in place to accommodate your needs.
Please note that children under 16 should be accompanied by parent/guardian when visiting the practice.
When you call or visit us to book a new patient appointment, we will ask for your name, date of birth and contact telephone number.
You can contact us on our normal number 02073811922 during our opening hours to arrange an emergency appointment as mentioned above.
Should you have a dental emergency outside the normal practice hours, please telephone either NHS Direct on 111 (www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk) or the North West Dental Triage Line on 02034021312.
If you can not attend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice and we will happily cancel or reschedule your booking (please note that for hygienist appointment cancellation we require 48 hours notice).
We do our best to ensure your dental care meets your individual needs, and will discuss the proposed treatment plan and available treatment options with you, giving you the time to ask questions and consider the alternatives.
We provide the full range of NHS treatment as well as private care.
Hygienist services are available offering general cleaning and monitoring of your oral health and gums.
The effectiveness of your own cleaning can also be monitored and modified if necessary to achieve optimum results.
Today, how you look is more a matter of choice than genes and it is no different when considering your choice of smile.
We all want healthy teeth and gums, fresh breath and the confidence and comfort to choose whatever we would like to eat.
But we also want to smile freely, with poise and the assurance that our smile does what it is meant to do: to present and represent us; to be an attractive and welcoming feature.
Using the latest computer imaging technology we are now able to determine the very best cosmetic solutions, show you the potential results and allow you to choose your ideal smile.
We offer patients a range of payment options.
You may pay for your dental care by cash or debit/credit card (we accept all major cards except American Express).
We try to make payments as straightforward as possible.
Our normal policy is that patients are asked to pay a proportion of the treatment cost each visit.
Clinical examination, radiographs, scale and polishing by dentist if clinically necessary only, preventive work: e.g.
Please note that following your initial consultation and before proceeding further, your dentist will discuss the treatment you require and will then prepare a written estimate of the costs involved.
