From the moment you are greeted by our welcoming receptionist, to the moment you are put at ease by our friendly dental experts, together we strive to make your visit a pleasant one.
Michelle qualified as a hygienist in 2005 and has worked at the practice since 1997 as a dental nurse.
She is the owner of the practice as well as dental hygienist.

When you arrive at the practice please phone reception or ring the door bell to alert us that you are here.
When we are ready for you we will unlock the door and you will be greeted by a welcome nurse.
She will then take your temperature; if it is above 37.8 then you will not be able to enter the practice.
You must go home and self isolate as per government instructions.
If you are ok to enter you will be asked to sanitise your hands and then place all your personal belongings in a box that will be kept behind reception.

I had my teeth cleaned on tuesday by Ian, it's the first time i had seen him in the surgery and just have to say what a lovley man he is! it didn't even feel like a dentist appointment it felt like going to visit a friend, he was very chatty and kind and did a great job cleaning my teeth. i have been going to oakley road since i was a child and i can hands down say that's been one of the best appointments iv ever had there, he does a fab job, i'm always a little bit nervous going to the dentist but he put me at ease the whole time and made me laugh too

I had a broken tooth, am terrified of dentists, despite 15 year being a dental nurse, you really don’t want to know what I saw! I hadn’t visited a dentist for the last 12 years. A friend recommended this practise, they are lovely, kind, caring and very friendly, I have seen Neha twice now, and will certainly continue to see her, very kind, reassuring and compassionate, can thoroughly recommend her if you are at all nervous

I really suffer with anxiety and I can’t breath through my nose properly so it’s makes my dental experience a challenging one. Today was a good day when I came to see the Oakley Road Team and even though I can’t be fixed yet the team were compassionate and patient. You didn’t make fun of my tears, you did everything in your power to help me today and give me a plan of action. I don’t look forward to dentist appointments but I do look forward to coming back to see you all. Thank you again.

I have just had the easiest of trips back to Oakley Road. Everyone was so friendly from behind their PPE and they have a very streamlined process in place. I was so pleased to see Michelle and Ange. Michelle gave my teeth a brilliant going over and I have to say I much preferred the use of the hand tools as opposed to the water scaler which I feel like I’m going to gag on! I’ve got my TePe sample to try and get back on track with my teeth! Thank you everyone at Oakley Road!
