The first level of support for patients with urgent dental needs is triage by the practice.
We have established a remote urgent care service, providing e-mail & telephone triage for patients with urgent needs during usual working hours, and whenever possible treating with AAA: Advice Analgesia Antimicrobial means where appropriate.
This is an additional daytime service from 8am-5pm along with the usual out of hours and overnight service.
We will advise any patient that falls in the above category that they will be referred to the Dental Triage Service via 111.
